Dealing with Anger

from:

Dealing with anger isn't easy, since people are always dealing with problems and conflict. Everyone has to deal with increases, deflations, wars, violence, crime and everyday common responsibilities that usually come with continuous interruptions. There's not a person in this world who hasn't become angry at some point. Anger is an emotion we all must deal with.

Anger comes in many forms, but the root cause of anger is often hatred as a result of a lie. This is true. When the first man and woman were created on this earth, the first noted problem was a serpent in the form of Satan who lied, deceiving the woman. Once the lie happened, the world began to suffer with many problems, including violence, murder, war, shortages, pests, weather disasters etc.

Since that first lie, the world has become chaotic and continues to worsen each year. Thus, we can examine how a lie can instigate anger by looking at one individual. This person engaged in criminal activities, including stealing, writing bad checks and selling prescription medications. This person had to work lying into the picture, of course, since she felt her behaviors and actions were only a means of survival. Therefore, she was lying in order to cover up her crimes.

As the years grew, this person became angey and unmanageable as a result of her behaviors, beliefs, thinking and so forth. She began acting out as any uncontrolled anger person would act. This included undermineing others, insulting others verbally and physically, threatening, belittling, mocking etc.

The woman was diagnosed with mental illnesses, including Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and Bipolar. She also had health issues, including diabetes. Now we can look at all the aspects of this person's anger, yet we can see, if we search deep enough, that her lying, which caused paranoia, was the basis of her behavior problems.

Many people in this world have a problem with anger. Many have posttraumatic stress disorder and often act out angrily in reaction to a flashback. Anyone with posttraumatic stress disorder often repress their emotions. When they're violent or angered it's often because they're fighting the source that caused their trauma and not the person who is in their presence. Therefore, we don't see this as the problem of the woman's anger, since she didn't show signs of this all the time.

Therefore, posttraumatic stress disorder can be dismissed, or at least minimized. However, we can look at diabetes, since this illness affects the nerves. The shortage of insulin creates additional problems and many with diabetes will become upset for little or no reasonl. However, most will not act out angrily by assaulting or hurting another.

Therefore, we can see that emotional problems are underlying the diabetes when a person becomes aggressive. We can also look at the crimes committed and see there's a serious behavioral problem that leads to lying. Therefore, when we look at this individual we have to deal with the underlying problems to stop her from lying and move ahead, avoiding anger interruptions.

Now, this person is in denial, which means that until the legal system makes her take steps to manage this, then she probably won't get help for herself. In addition, even if the criminal system forced her to get help, it probably wouldn't work, since her denial has been in existance for more than twenty-five years. We're now dealing with a real anger problem, since the behaviors are life-long, which means extensive therapy is needed.

Anger is an emotion, but when one person's anger interferes with another person's life, it's a serious problem. This person isn't just hurting one person, she's hurting everyone since, when she steals or writes bad checks, society pays with tax increases, as well as other increases. One of the biggest problems with this type of person is the system and society will allow this condition to contine; only addressing the situation when someone is caught. Once the person is released, then they usually go right back and continue with this bad behavior. This is a chain of out of control management and anger.
