How to Work Toward Goal Realization

from:

How goal realization works depends on you. Goal realization depends on the effort, achievements, and accomplishments you've earned already to apply toward your goal. Even if you haven't established a goal, your achievements, efforts and accomplishment can apply to your future goals, thus to help you see how to establish goals we can consider a few details.

DO you tell the truth even if it hurts? If so then you have a quality to achieve goals.

DO you work with smaller changes and go through larger changes? Then you have an ability to prosper.

DO you affirm changes, actions, words, thoughts, plans, and the like? If so then you are accomplishing your goals.

Do you commit to what you do? If so then you have a strong commitment to achieve in life.

Do you seek support and feedback? Then you have the ability to learn.

Next, we want to work with your beliefs. If you don't believe that telling the truth will set you free, then you'll hinder self from goals. Do you believe the truth will set you free?

Do you believe changes are positive reflections on your life? If you believe this, you have the ability to accept changes.

Do you believe that affirming your goals, plans, decisions, habits, behaviors, and the like can empower you to move forward? If so then you have a strong belief that will lead you to success.

Do you believe that commitment is a part of life that we all have to learn sometime in our life? Stop here, since commitments often terrorize people, since it's a change. Commitments are obligations or pledges that you will do something. Now you can say you'll do something. but putting forth the action to do it makes you an honest person. What fear is in this consequence? Nothing, thus do you realize that commitment is loyalty, allegiance, duties, responsibility and liability. Liability is what terrorizes people unknowingly and unwittingly.

Continuing, do you believe that seeking support and feedback can help you grow? If so then continue seeking support and feedback, since it will help you grow.

Now consider writing down your ideal goals. Even if you're unsure, write it down. If you're not good at writing, use the computer to type in your goals, or possible goals. As you write or type your potential goals, consider ideas, since ideas are tools that help you grow and become aware.

Next, take out your calendar. Write down your daily activities. Write the most important activities and work toward the easiest activity. Continue this process for one month and review once the month has finished. Now, write another daily plan and work to achieve those goals. Work one day at a time until you can work toward writing 5 year, 10 year, 20 years, or 50-year plans. The more you practice writing and carrying out your plans, even if it's one day at a time you'll finally grow into writing goals that include long-term.

Now, visualize self in five years. What do you see yourself doing? Do you believe you can do this? Visualize self in ten years and follow the same procedure. Continue to practice as you move along, so that you can grow into goal realization. Practice makes your life better, so keep practicing.
