Leadership ... the word is over defined since even followers can become leaders. To sum up leadership you'd need to consider security first, wisdom, an ability to take the front and a few other details. The world revolves around money. Therefore, nowadays leadership is rooted in money. Yet, what does it truly take to be a leader in an overruling world.
We can consider many aspects; however, it takes facts to bust a move. If you don't have the facts and convictions that lead to facts you won't have the ability to become a leader. What does it take to achieve leadership qualities within self? We can start with assertiveness and end up with whatever you want.
Still the people in the world will toss your brain around like an omelet flipped in a pan if you let them. You can stop this noise; however, you're going to have to go through some crap before these people finally start seeing that you're a leader and not a follower.
Welcome to the world of reality. In the world, we have all sorts of people. The world strives to lead, yet the leaders hunger to lie. What does it take? It takes you to reach down inside, pull up those old memories and put them to darn good use. You'll need to pull your experiences together to make a whole. Still, you might experience some trial and error along with some pain to feel those memories and see how they can make you come alive.
Ok, so you were in a car accident that cost one of your legs. So you think now that you're incompetent to move ahead: so what the people in society say. They seem to think they've been through a hell of lot more than an amputated leg. Well, the fact is they don't know what they're talking about until they actually experience the situation. Get the point?
What are you saying? I'm saying if you want to be a leader, recognize where you've been and where you've come from, and stop listening to those drag me down people who think they know it all. None of us know it all. We only live from experiences, influences, learning, education, and if you want me to get to the point, what others tell us. We live from other people's belief. We have to make our own beliefs to be a leader.
The fact is, you don't know what I know, and I don't know what you know. However, I can associate with what you do know to be facts in your mind. Likewise, you can associate with a few of my memories and facts based on a realism called reality.
If you want to be a leader, you have to step up to the platform, take control of you and move to "move" others to hear what you have to say. Yet, you'll need evidence to back your words; otherwise, you're a follower and not a leader. Take most salespersons for instance. They strive to sell but the information they give you is based on what someone told them. They took it as a fact, rather than gathered proof to make it real.
What does it take to gain qualities that make you a leader? Did I not tell you once, were you not listening to me? I said you have to listen, hear, think, and present facts to become a leader in society. If I have to tell you again, then you need to find another topic, because obviously you're not prepared to become a leader.
