Thinking Big

from:

Picture self-sitting on top of the universe staring down at the followers in the world while considering what you see. Visualize self the followers and watch them closely as they function in life. Now picture the leaders of the world and consider reading articles on various qualities and strategies leaders employed to present self in public. Consider each of those qualities carefully and deliberate to see if you also have those qualities in you. As you move along work daily to use each quality until each week, you begin using other qualities. Continue until you develop and cultivate those qualities and then review to see what you come up with as you grow.

Leaders have many qualities. Qualities of leadership include taking ownership of the leadership decisions and overall owner of self. A leader will realize the facts of his or her ownership.

Leaders also listen. The leader pays attention while hearing to give thoughtful consideration of other people's thoughts, feelings, wants, etc. The leader will think careful to see if any facts are presented in the needs, feelings, and thoughts of others, while pointing out consequences if the person desires something that could cause harm.

Leaders give feedback. Leaders give feedback which partial reverses effects of information received, and transmit his feedback while evaluating and delivering corrective facts, and so forth. The leader will also give if necessary negative feedback to reduce the overload of information delivered.

Leaders are resourceful. Leaders are capable of meeting situations that come at them, while showing dependable of devising methods, strategies, plans, and mean to make it sound proof.

Leaders prove loyal, since the leaders will back their words with action, conduct, facts, and behaviors. In other word if a leader tells you he is going to do something, then a true leader will act out on what he claims to do and completing the task.

Leaders speak the truth. Leaders are consistent, fidelity people that are sincere in utterance, action, and character. The leader considers always the body of reality, facts, and events. Leaders adhere to actuality, basing their ideas and thoughts of facts rather thermodynamics. In other words, just because a person tells him something is true the leader will consider it while exploring the facts to see if reality-based facts exist in the statements made to him.

Leaders are never afraid to work hard. Leaders often explore the facts, by investigating, studying, analyzing, and so forth. Examining is an adventure to leaders, since they discover new information that helps them to make something better.

Leaders teach. Leaders teach others to think on their own, to learn while informing them on facts explored by the leader. The leader explains information processed, while setting examples for others to follow. The leader sets a set of patterns for others to follow, while teaching them through conduct, behaviors, words, actions and the like how they too can cultivate a winning personality.

Leaders always take the lead. Leaders take responsibility for self and others. In other words, a good manager confronted by an employee on mistakes made will consider his actions, teaching, and the like while also looking at the problem. The leader does not look at the person who made the mistake; he looks at the problem as a whole.

Leaders are considerate. Leaders carefully consider others in circumspect while thoughtfully considering the feelings and rights of the people around them. As you can see leaders have many qualities, yet instincts is what guides these qualities. Now picture yourself as a leader.
