Leaders are never afraid to work hard. Leaders often explore the facts, by investigating, studying, analyzing, and so forth. Examining is an adventure to leaders, since they discover new information that helps them to make something better.

Leaders teach. Leaders teach others to think on their own, to learn while informing them on facts explored by the leader. The leader sets a set of patterns for others to follow, while teaching them through conduct, behaviors, words, actions and the like how they too can cultivate a winning personality.

Leaders always take the lead. Leaders take responsibility for self and others. In other words, a good manager confronted by an employee on mistakes made will consider his actions, teaching, and the like while also looking at the problem. The leader does not look at the person who made the mistake; he looks at the problem as a whole.
